Clarity Before Commitment.
Before budgets, before designs, before decisions — a conversation with the right people can save you from the wrong choices.
You know what you want your house to look and feel like. But translating that into a plan with the right priorities, the right sequence, and a realistic budget is where things get overwhelming fast.
That’s exactly what this conversation is about.
Our consultation for you is towards expert assessment of where you are, what you need, and what the path forward actually looks like, so you move with clarity.
01.
Discovery Session
We start with a conversation to learn how you live, what matters to you, and what your house needs to feel like.
This is the foundation that shapes every design-to-implementation decision that follows.
02.
Site Visit & Report
Urban Spacing team visits and inspects your site to assess dimensions, structure, lighting, and constraints to add depth to bring precision for the best interiors for you.
Following the site visit, you receive a written report summarizing our assessment and recommended direction. Something tangible to carry forward, regardless of what you decide next.
03.
How It Works
We can take this discussion at your site, at our studio, or over a call, which works best for your ideal output.
Dedicated 15-Minute discussion towards an introductory conversation to understand your project and assess fit. No obligations. Upon adding value for you, we can take it forward.
Extended Consultation for a deeper session covering vision, budget, scope, and direction in full. Charged per session, this is where depth in clarity is built. However, once you engage Urban Spacing for Design, Project Management, or Turnkey, consultation is included. Your investment here is on us, deducted in billing.
04.
You Gain Clarity on
– A clear direction for your project.
– A realistic understanding of budget and scope.
– A written site assessment report, when applicable.
– Confidence in your next decision.
05.
The Foundation to your Interiors
A consultation is the first step toward your ideal space. You won’t leave with floor plans or visual concepts; you will leave with something arguably more valuable at this stage, the right questions answered, before the implementation decisions begin.
